Where high data transfer needs are required, active RFID enabled tags gives the ability of being able to monitor and track the fixed assets within a perimeter range of up 100 meters though geo fencing – a shipping yard or manufacturing area of a shop floor or a consumer goods warehouse in which theft or abuse are prevalent. Farm automation and building automation solutions have typical range of 1 – 5 miles with line of sight restriction. We are an eco system partner of Sigfox (Zone 3 & 4 – Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, South Africa) and the technology provides seamless nationwide connectivity and we offer cold chain monitoring as a service.
Non Invasive IOT sensor solutions
No wires or soldering or an activity that would make the warranty of your equipment void.Deploy range non invasive IOT sensors for data collection is easy. Should simply be glued or screwed on to the target fixed asset to be monitored and it starts transmitting critical operating parameters.
Roaming function of IOT sensor
IOT sensors should use active readers that can be placed at multiple locations to track the movement and monitor environment conditions and usage or shock – as in the case of preventing in-transit cargo theft. This helps in understanding the arrival, departures, check-in, check-outs, potential theft conditions. Seamless roaming (Sigfox zone 4) between locations and a consolidated reporting screen helps in understanding workflow patterns in a people movement environment or production stages.
