20th February 2008 – sharing success
Birthday celebration for Jan and Feb. Cake cutting initiated by our senior most employee who turned 60 something. Six of us this time including the HR manager and one of the directors. The cake is getting bigger day by day, so are the slices.

Q3 target achievement celebrations in South Goa. Relaxing weekend in less crowded beaches of Benaulim and Colva playing soccer, cycling, walking and singing. Choicest of goan cuisine comprising of fish xacuti and chicken vindaloo.

Q2 target achievement celebrations at a private resort in Elathur. Lots of outdoor games for team building exercises and ice breakers for freshers, recognition for top achievers and excellent Malabari biriyani for everyone.

Onam, our regional festival was celebrated in traditional grandeur at our new office premises. We served a well spread banana leaf sadhya, which was followed by a drama, mono act and tumbola.

24th November 2006 – Mercara
16 of us took a driving tour to Coorg district in Karnataka. We stayed at Kushalnagar, in a dormitory attached to the Tibetan monastery and experienced the serenity and warmth of the Buddhist community. Most of us used chopsticks for the first time and enjoyed momos

24th June 2006 – Nilgiris
Nine of us had a grueling trek across the lush greens of Parson valley and forests of Avalanche, located in Nilgiris district, Tamil Nadu.

11th March 2006 – 15 years
We complete 15 years of service in the Malabar region. That is a long time in the IT industry where one has witnessed many perish with tall claims, false promises, unrealistic investments and core competency failures. We had a full day outing at a local leisure centre that unleashed the creativity of our technical minds. Lots of fun and games, snacks and refreshments. Awards were given to three of our senior people for completion of 10 and 5 years of meritorious service respectively.
