Junior sales engineer – Bengaluru
We are on the lookout for a self managed and target driven Junior sales engineer for our Bengaluru operations, having 1 – 2 years experience in industrial automation.
- Assist senior sales engineers in identifying customer needs.
- Provide technical support to the sales team.
- Deliver product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements.
- Propose solutions that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product compatibility.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Provide feedback to the product development team.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Attend industry events and trade shows.

Technical Support Engineer (Cloud ERP – healthcare / logistics / manufacturing)
- Requirements:
- Excellent communication Skills; English, Hindi & Malayalam.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical acumen.
- Good Knowledge of SQL.
- Ability to troubleshoot common software issues.
- Provide first-line support for software-related issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Document and track issues in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the creation of support documentation
- Willingness to travel for onsite visits in India and abroad
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BCA, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum One year experience in a technical support role.
- Exposure to healthcare/transport logistics Hospital ERP systems can be an advantage
