Software Implementation Engineer (Kozhikode, Kerala)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and define project goals.
- Execute the implementation of software solutions, configuring applications as needed.
- Present product demonstrations to facilitate client understanding and adoption.
- Provide post-implementation training to ensure client proficiency.
- Quickly identify and resolve implementation-related issues.
- Maintain documentation of processes, specifications, and user manuals.
- Collect client feedback to improve implementation processes and products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Min 1 years of experience in implementation engineering or software deployment.
- Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools (e.g., SQL, cloud platforms).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
