Job description

As a ERP software Implementation Engineer, you will be a part of the Customer Success team, working closely with Value Engineers (Customers Success Engineers) in helping our customers achieve their monitoring objectives.

You will:

  • Implement use cases for new and existing customers
  • Train new and existing users
  • Analyse account usage and build performance reports
  • Works on ad hoc tasks which helps our customers realize the value of the tool
  • Specialize in proactive intelligence and insights, offering unmatched expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • You will work with customers to set up their monitoring use case.
  • Prioritize, multitask, and thrive under pressure. Complete tasks on time for successful onboarding.

Qualifications / Experience :

  • Fresher / 1-2  years of experience in a customer-facing/ technical consulting role.
  • Understanding of Web and Internet technologies
  • Good Knowledge of SQL
  • Good analytical and data triangulation abilities
  • Fluent in English & Hindi
  • Degree -BCA / MCA / BSc Computer Science / MSC

As a lead generation executive, you’ll be able to work alongside our seasoned professionals gaining hands-on experience in inside sales.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in discovering and meeting new prospects for our SaaS products.
  • Engage in lead generation activities reaching out to prospects through Apollo, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Use of a qualification framework such as BANT / CHAMP on inbound leads
  • Focus on understanding performance management and Incentive solutions for large sales organizations in India
  • Promote Ripples-FMS, Vikas 2.0 and Netra 2.0 products by building awareness among the target audience through creative emails 
  • Learn and articulate the functions and benefits of our SaaS products to prospects. 
  • Contribute to building long-term trusting relationships with clients. 

Qualifications :

  • MBA degree or equivalent in marketing with 6 to 12 months experience
  • Freshers are welcome; prior internship or exposure to inside sales is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask organize and prioritize work effectively.
