Some pictures of the old house – when we took ownership.

70 years old – dilapidated. The house as Mascot was formerly owned by the Chacko family, who lived here for more than 40 years before letting it out to various tenants. The last one is an advocate. The house was locked for one year, and changed hands once.

The renovation work was entrusted to the hands of a lateral thinking architect The building is surrounded by old guava and mango bilimbi and banyan trees.

The work started on 17th December 2006 and was completed on 12th June 2007. A group of skilled and dedicated carpenters and masons toiled to restore the building to its original grandeur. The additional mezzanine floor was built using steel frames to accommodate 30 workstations.
