Junior IoT Engineer

We build 0-wire BLE RTLS platforms for real-time asset tracking across warehouses, logistics yards, factories, and hospitals. Our RipplesIPS platform delivers sub-meter precision tracking — no cabling, no dedicated IT infrastructure — deployed across facilities in Singapore, India, Africa, and the Asia Pacific. The Role

You will work hands-on with BLE hardware, IoT firmware, and cloud-connected dashboards across real deployments in warehouses and logistics facilities. This is not a theoretical role — you will be in the field, on the platform, and in the code from day one.

What You Will Do

• Deploy and configure BLE RTLS hardware — anchors, tags, and gateways — across customer sites
• Integrate IoT device data with the RipplesIPS cloud platform and dashboards
• Support firmware configuration and OTA updates for BLE 5.0 devices
• Debug connectivity issues across BLE, LoRaWAN, and Wi-Fi protocols in industrial environments
• Write scripts and tools to automate data ingestion, alerting, and reporting
• Work with the product team to test new hardware and protocol integrations (LoRaWAN, BLE Mesh, BLE AoA)
• Document deployments, configurations, and customer-site setups
• Support customer onboarding and post-deployment technical queries

What We Are Looking For

Must have:

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline
• Understanding of wireless communication protocols — BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRaWAN, MQTT
• Basic programming skills — Python, C, or JavaScript
• Ability to read hardware datasheets and debug at the hardware-software interface
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for deployments (warehouses, logistics yards, hospitals)

Good to have:

• Hands-on experience with BLE modules (Nordic, TI, Silicon Labs) or ESP32/Arduino
• Familiarity with cloud platforms — AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub, or MQTT brokers
• Experience with Linux-based edge devices or Raspberry Pi
• Understanding of Bluetooth Angle of Arrival (AoA) positioning
• Any project or internship work in asset tracking, industrial IoT, or embedded systems
